By using Närmast vinner you accept these terms. The service is provided by Bengt Ellison as a private individual.
1. The service
Närmast vinner is a free quiz game provided as is, with no guarantees of availability or freedom from errors.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret and for what is done with your account. Accounts that are misused may be suspended.
3. User-generated content
You can create quizzes, locations and clues that become visible to others. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not break the law, infringe copyright or offend. Inappropriate content may be removed without notice.
4. Limitation of liability
The service is run as a hobby project. Bengt Ellison is not liable for damages or losses arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
